End User License Agreement

Your purchase grants you usage rights subject to the terms outlined by this license. Read this agreement in its entirety before you purchase a license for any product. By purchasing a license for any product from this web site you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Crimson Birch Graphic Design ("We", "Us", "Our") grants you a nonexclusive, limited use license to use the templates available on this web site in accordance with these terms of use (the "license").

a) Product Usage

You may use the template that you have purchased to design as many of your business cards as desired. You may make whatever modifications necessary to our template to make them fit your requirements. The modified business card template will still remain subject to this license.
You may NOT resell or redistribute our business card templates, modified, unmodified, standalone or combined with another product in any way not explicitly mentioned in this license without prior written consent from us.
Use of any template or portion thereof in any way not expressly authorized by this agreement is a violation of federal copyright law.

b) Nontransferable License

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to any other individual or entity.

c) Product Ownership

You may not claim exclusive ownership of any of our templates, modified or unmodified.

d) No Refund Policy

Purchases from our web site are non-refundable due to the non-returnable nature of our products.

2. LICENSE FOR SCOOPER'S DATABASE AND INVOICING SYSTEM

Crimson Birch Graphic Design ("We", "Us", "Our") grants you a nonexclusive, limited use license to use the Scooper's Database and Invoicing System in accordance with these terms of use (the "license").

a) Product Usage

You may make whatever modifications necessary to your purchased copy of the Scooper's Database and Invoicing System to make it fit your requirements. The modified product will still remain subject to this license.
You may NOT resell or redistribute the Scooper's Database and Invoicing System, modified, unmodified, standalone or combined with another product in any way not explicitly mentioned in this license without prior written consent from us.
