A few words about me...

My name is Tammie Peters and I am the former owner of "The Scoop on Poop". Within my first year of business as my customer base began to grow, the amount of paperwork I was doing each month increased significantly. Billing my customers at the end of each month was a very lengthy, time-consuming process and after long days of scooping the last thing I wanted to do was spend the evening in the office. I realized quickly that I needed to set up a system that would not only organize all of my customers and their specific information, but automate the invoicing process as well.

Using Lotus Approach I developed the Scooper's Database and Invoicing System. Over the course of running my business, I made adjustments where necessary with one goal in mind: STREAMLINE. I dedicated many hours to fine-tuning the system in order to achieve the final result which was to let the power of Lotus Approach do the majority of work so that the time I spent doing office work was minimized.
